This is a typeface called Inchworm. It is a monospaced display font made by a series of grids, circles and connecting lines that mimics and exaggerates an inchworm's segmented body.
Below is a look under the hood: each letter starts by setting up a grid of 4x5 circles. The circles are then connected through a precisely sized rectangle that is smoothed out into an organic yet rigid structure.
